Julie Kroener Coach, Girls 6th Grade Julie hails from Ventura, where she played club volleyball for Channel Islands for two years and Ventura West for two years. At Ventura High School, she played for four years and became the team's captain and starting setter. After high school, Julie played for two years for Ventura college, where she also was a student intern Athletic Trainer. Julie then moved on to Cal State Chico where she graduated with a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology. She also received a certificate in massage therapy. Julie worked for four years as a physical therapy technician before moving to San Diego in 2002. She got her teaching credential from San Diego State and is currently in her fourth year of teaching in the San Diego Unified School District. Julie also does volunteer work with Sports for Exceptional Athletes, in both volleyball and basketball. back to all coaches
